Over time, the food increases as we look for that same feeling of relief.

Counseling and binge eating support groups are in need to help binge eaters. Trying to heal oneself is difficult, time consuming, and painful. Dealing with those types of feelings will bring on your binge eating which will bring on a cycle of:
1. Not feeling good about something 2. Eating to comfort self during this time. 3. Feeling bad about overeating and breaking a diet. 4. Eating again to comfort self because we feel bad about losing control.
